Affiliate Program

Eligible affiliates may earn commissions when new users sign up through a valid referral link and complete qualifying purchases.

Referral tracking, payout timing, and commission eligibility depend on accurate attribution, valid traffic, and compliance with our policies.

We may suspend commissions, reverse payouts, or remove affiliates from the program where fraud, abuse, or misleading promotion is detected.

1. Joining the program

• We may allow registered users or approved partners to participate in the GenNudes affiliate program.
• Participation in the program is a privilege, not a guarantee, and we may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

2. Referral attribution

• A referral is generally attributed when a new user visits through your affiliate link or code and later creates an eligible account within the applicable tracking period.
• Only one affiliate may receive credit for a referred user, and the attribution method shown by our system controls unless we determine otherwise.
• We may decline to credit referrals that are duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid.

3. Commissions

• Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases that are successfully completed, not reversed, and not associated with fraud or abuse.
• Commission rates, tiers, and payout structures may change over time and will be governed by the current terms shown by us.
• We may delay, withhold, or reverse commissions where a purchase is refunded, disputed, canceled, or found to be ineligible.

4. Payouts

• Payout timing, available payout methods, and minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary and will be shown in your affiliate settings or related program materials where applicable.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, or fees associated with affiliate earnings.

5. Affiliate conduct

• Affiliates must market GenNudes honestly and in compliance with our Terms of Service, Content Policy, applicable advertising laws, and disclosure rules.
• You may not make false claims, hide your affiliate relationship, spam users, buy deceptive traffic, or promote the service in a way that encourages illegal or non-consensual use.
• You may not impersonate GenNudes, present yourself as our employee or agent, or create misleading pages, ads, or messages that appear to be official brand communications.

6. Restricted and invalid traffic

• Traffic generated through bots, fake accounts, self-referrals, incentivized abuse, misleading redirects, brand impersonation, or other manipulative methods is not eligible for commission.
• We may investigate unusual referral patterns and take action without notice if we believe the program is being abused.

7. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate your affiliate participation at any time if you violate these terms, our other policies, or applicable law.
• If your account or affiliate relationship is terminated for abuse, fraud, or serious policy violations, pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Program changes

• We may modify, pause, or end the affiliate program, or change eligibility rules, rates, payout thresholds, or tracking methods at any time.
• Continued participation after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the updated affiliate terms.
