Takedown & Removal Policy

How to report content, request removal, and what happens after a takedown submission is made.

If content violates rights, consent, safety, or platform rules, you can report it for review. We may remove content, restrict access, or act on an account when a report is supported or legally required.

Anyone may submit a good-faith report if they believe content should be removed from GenNudes.

We review reports based on the seriousness of the claim, available evidence, and applicable law or policy.

False, abusive, or bad-faith takedown requests may be rejected and may lead to restrictions on future reporting.

1. How to submit a report

  • You may submit a takedown or removal request through our reporting or support channels.
  • Please include enough information for us to identify the content, understand the issue, and contact you if more detail is needed.
  • Helpful details may include URLs, account information, screenshots, proof of rights, or an explanation of why the content should be removed.

2. Types of reports we review

  • Reports involving minors or material that appears to involve minors.
  • Reports involving non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, harassment, or other abuse.
  • Reports alleging copyright or other rights violations.
  • Reports involving violations of our Terms of Service, Content Policy, or applicable law.

3. Review and enforcement

  • We may temporarily restrict access to reported content while we review the request.
  • If we determine the content violates our policies or legal obligations, we may remove the content, disable access, and take action on the associated account.
  • Where appropriate, we may request additional information before making a final decision.

4. Urgent and severe reports

  • Reports involving especially serious safety concerns may be prioritized for immediate review and action.
  • In some cases, we may preserve records or disclose information where required by law or where necessary to investigate serious misuse.

5. Copyright and rights complaints

  • If you are reporting infringement of your copyright or another legal right, provide a clear description of the work or right involved and why the reported content violates it.
  • We may ask for a statement of good faith, proof of authority, and contact details so we can process the complaint properly.

6. Counter-notices and disputes

  • If content is removed by mistake, the affected user may be allowed to respond or submit additional information depending on the type of report.
  • We may restore content if we determine the original report was mistaken, unsupported, or otherwise insufficient.

7. Bad-faith submissions

  • Submitting knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or retaliatory reports is prohibited.
  • We may reject such reports and restrict future submissions from people who misuse the takedown process.

8. Recordkeeping and updates

  • We may keep records of reports, investigations, outcomes, and related communications for safety, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
  • We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
