Refund Policy

When refunds may be available, when they are not, and how billing issues should be handled on GenNudes.

Refunds may be available for unused paid credits, but once credits are used or a transaction becomes a dispute or abuse issue, refunds are much less likely. For billing problems, contact support first so we can review and resolve the transaction.

We may approve refunds for unused paid credits in limited cases. Once purchased credits have been used, refunds are generally not available.

If there is a billing problem or credits do not arrive correctly, contact support first so we can review the transaction and correct the issue.

1. Refund eligibility

  • A refund request may be approved when the credits were purchased recently and none of the credits from that purchase have been used.
  • Requests must come from the account holder through our official support contact with enough information for us to identify the transaction.
  • The account must be in good standing and not restricted for abuse, fraud, or Terms of Service violations.

2. When refunds are not available

  • If any portion of the purchased credits has already been used, that purchase is generally no longer refundable.
  • Requests made too long after purchase, or requests that do not include enough billing details to verify ownership, may be denied.
  • Credits issued through promotions, bonuses, gifts, referrals, or similar free allocations are not refundable.
  • Accounts suspended or banned for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund process

  • Contact support with your account email, payment reference, and a short explanation of the issue.
  • We review the transaction, confirm whether credits were used, and determine whether the request qualifies under this policy.
  • If approved, we return the funds to the original payment method when possible or provide another appropriate billing adjustment.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

4. Partial usage

  • We do not guarantee partial refunds for partly used credit packages.
  • If you are unsure whether the service is right for you, please review the product before using credits from a new purchase.

5. Subscription charges

  • If we offer subscription billing, canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
  • Initial subscription charges may be reviewed if canceled promptly and no paid benefits or credits were used.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

  • If you believe there is a billing problem, contact support before filing a payment dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions while the issue is investigated.
  • Abusive or fraudulent disputes may lead to suspension, loss of credits, or permanent account closure.

7. Technical issues

  • If payment was completed but credits were not added correctly, contact support and include the transaction details.
  • When we verify a platform or billing error, we may add the missing credits, correct the balance, or provide another fair adjustment.

8. Exceptions and updates

  • We may make case-by-case exceptions where required by law or where fairness reasonably requires it.
  • We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and the version posted on this page applies going forward once published.
