Content Policy

You may only create or process content when you have the legal right and clear consent to do so.

Any content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or abusive use of the service is strictly forbidden.

We may block uploads, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

1. Core rule

• You may use GenNudes only for lawful, consensual, and authorized content.
• If you do not have the right to upload, transform, generate, or share content involving a person, you may not use that content on the platform.

2. Strictly prohibited content

• Any content involving minors, or anyone who may reasonably appear to be a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content made from photos or videos of a person who did not agree to that use.
• Harassment, humiliation, blackmail, extortion, stalking, threats, or revenge-driven content.
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or exploit another person.
• Illegal content, or content used to facilitate unlawful activity.

3. Restricted real-person content

• You may not use images of another real person unless you have the necessary permission and consent for the exact use involved.
• Public availability of a photo does not mean you have permission to upload or transform it.
• Content involving celebrities, public figures, influencers, or other recognizable people is not allowed unless you have documented authorization.

4. Generally allowed content

• Your own content, where you are the rights holder and any depicted person has consented where required.
• Content involving adults who have clearly agreed to the upload, generation, or transformation being requested.
• Fully fictional or prompt-based content that does not violate these rules or applicable law.

5. Safety review and enforcement

• Uploads and account activity may be reviewed using automated and manual safety checks.
• We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when we believe this policy has been violated.
• Serious violations may be escalated where required by law or where needed to protect users, third parties, or the service.

6. Reporting

• If you believe content on or generated through the service violates this policy, report it through our reporting or support channels.
• Reports should include enough detail for us to identify the content and understand the issue.

7. Repeat or severe violations

• Accounts involved in repeated, evasive, or severe violations may be permanently removed.
• We may retain relevant records connected to policy enforcement, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

8. Policy updates

• We may revise this Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
